Product Care

For better preservation of your Medessey shoes and bags, we invite you to respect the following care instructions:

Please take care to avoid snags or rubbing your items against abrasive surfaces which may alter the appearance of the leather.

Wear varies depending on the use and maintenance that each person gives to their product.

Although our products are quality, they are delicate and require special attention for durability, as apple leather is a very sensitive material.

When the bag and shoes are not in use, you can store them in their reusable fabric pouch and respective cardboard box.

To clean your products, take a soft cloth and soak it in warm, soapy water (Marseille soap for example) for gentle cleaning. This material does not require any special maintenance.

Do not immerse your products in water or in the washing machine and only let them air dry so as not to damage them.

It is important to avoid contact with chemicals and abrasives.

If your products are delivered with irregularities or indentations upon receipt, we advise you to fill them to capacity and wait 3 days. Transportation can sometimes change the appearance of the items, but the material used is malleable and will normally return to its original shape without problem.

Our vegan leather comes from a mixture of apple residue, cotton, polyester and polyurethane. It is biodegradable, flexible, breathable, durable and requires almost no maintenance. It is already waterproof material, so there is no need to treat it.

Warranty

Please note that our products are practically handmade by artisans/manufacturers, so it is possible that they may have variations, irregularities or manufacturing defects.

However, we offer a manufacturing defect guarantee for your satisfaction. To be eligible for this, the item must have been purchased at regular price and within the last six (6) months. Any manufacturing defects deemed by our company will be repaired free of charge. Please note that we always favor the repair of items for environmental reasons.

Please note that we are not responsible for any other defects or alterations due to personal wear and tear of the product, misuse of the product, an error in choosing a size, inadequate maintenance or accidents and therefore , we do not offer any warranty in these situations.
