Delivery conditions
In order for an online order to be processed, its balance must be paid in full online, either by PayPal or credit card.
Free delivery only in Canada for all purchases of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts. 3 to 5 business days to process orders.
We do everything in our power to satisfy our customers, however we cannot guarantee a date of receipt of your order. We are at the mercy of distribution companies.
Once processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number, within 72 hours of your purchase.
Delivery time: Between 2 to 7 business days in Canada and 5 to 15 business days internationally.
The deadline may be extended during busy periods. Medessey creations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Standard shipping within Canada. International shipping costs (USA) are calculated automatically during payment, depending on the weight of the order, dimensions and destination (customs fees payable by the customer).If you are outside the service area, please contact us for further information.
The buyer must ensure the delivery address of their order. If the buyer makes an error and the package is returned to Medessey Créations, it will be their responsibility to pay additional shipping costs.
Please contact us immediately if you notice your error, so that we can correct the address before shipping, to avoid additional costs. But we cannot guarantee the modification.
Returns & Exchanges
Deadline of 15 days following the delivery date.
Before making a return, you must first email us at info@medesseycreations.com with the reason for your exchange or return request. You will be able to make the return once Medessey Créations approves your request.
The merchandise must be returned in its original condition, accompanied by the original purchase receipt (Proof of purchase with name and order number. You can print the email with your receipt and information), as well as the packaging and all original content.
Please make sure to try on your new shoes on a clean, soft indoor surface.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective merchandise (Photos + explanations will be requested).
No delivery note stuck directly on the shoe box or the bag box. If the box is damaged and original components are missing, it is at our discretion to refuse the return and resend your purchase to you.
For an exchange: please place a new order and return the initial order, to ensure availability.
Variations in color and texture are characteristics of a natural material. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors you see on your screen. Please rely on product descriptions.
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. Please be sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for reimbursement.
Clearances and sales are final sales.
